June 26, 2009: on a sunny day at the natural but magnificent Van Chai Resort (Sam Son), goodwill team has been successful in facilitating a fun, relaxing but with a lot of meaningful messages teambuilding program for VILAF Hong Duc in Hanoi.

As one of the leadings law firms in Vietnam at the moment, VILAF Hong Duc’s Hanoi office has gathered in this event not only experienced senior partners but also young and enthusiastic lawyers and staffs. The ultimate goal of this teambuilding program has been identified by both VILAF Hong Duc and goodwill as to strengthen the bond among all the staffs, to help each and every staffs understand better their personal profile in work-place thus improving the internal communications process and the company performance.
