The event was a combination of several relaxing activities including a tennis tournament, a welcome dinner on the arrival day and a series of teambuilding activities on the next day. The teambuilding program was conducted with workshop combined with action – learning methodology in order to increase the teamwork, build up the synergy and share business objectives and strategies among the V-TRAC managers. At the end of the program, tired but with a lot of joy, the entire V-TRAC management team had reached a mutual agreement: we are one TEAM and Together Everyone Achieves More.
