Flying with American Airlines E-mail

The whole trip was simulated as a real flight of the airline. On the way to Vuon Xoai Resort, participants were served as if they were passengers, which inspired them with joy and excitement in the very beginning of the trip. They also attended in a short quiz contest testing their knowledge and understanding about the company and its products.

When stationed in the resort, the participants were teamed up and competed with others in several outdoor activities, which were designed in “Amazing Race” concept. Teams had a mission to get to the US in the soonest time. To that end, they had to find down their own route and cooperate with other team members to pass some obstacles on the route such as transporting cargos from airport into a plane; carrying team members throughout a green field by a flying saucer, etc. Lately, teams had to take a team picture, which demonstrated values of the airline and showing their creativity and team spirit as well. 

The teambuilding event had strengthened relationship between the company and its agencies. It also helped the participants networked and associated with each other in order to provide customers with excellent service.
