HiPT - Leadership Meeting |

In the late spring days of March, Goodwill was honored by being entrusted with the responsibility of facilitating the chief Leadership Meeting of HiPT Group, one of the leading IT companies in Vietnam.
This Leadership Meeting on March 27th was one of the most important events to HiPT as more than 20 of the company’s senior managers gathered up in Ha Long discussing about the company’s vital strategies in the year 2009. Goodwill, given the opportunity to share responsibility with the customers concerns, has provided HiPT with a rational solution to facilitate this essential meeting. All the managers had spent the day before the official meeting to join a series of special teambuilding activities organized by Goodwill team. Based on the DISC – a personality profiling test – all the participants were given the chance to explore their own working styles as well as their colleagues’ expectation towards them. Mr. Carl Thong, one of the Goodwill lead facilitators, then shared his experiences of consultant in IT field through a brief speech with all the HiPT managers. The next session with several funny and meaningful games such as Marble Factory, Human Knots, and Snap Culture had brought the whole team together, emphasizing on the message of the company’s BOD: “Responsibility and Openness”. |
